How do I create my booklet?
Choose your destination and cover, pick a photo layout, then select your photos. Once uploading is available, you can continue to Shopify checkout to choose delivery and pay.
How many photos can I include?
One photo per page: 15–30 photos. Two photos per page: 30–60 photos. Four photos per page: 30–120 photos. Your chosen limit is shown on the upload page.
Do I need to make a ZIP file?
No. Select multiple photos directly from your device. You can add photos in batches and remove any you do not want before continuing.
Which photo formats can I use?
The uploader accepts JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 25 MB each. Export HEIC/HEIF photos as JPG first. Use the original, full-resolution photos where possible; screenshots and compressed social-media downloads may print less clearly.
Can I check the photo order?
Selected photos appear in a numbered list. Use the move buttons to change the sequence before continuing. Contact us before ordering if you have specific cropping or page-arrangement requirements.
When will my booklet arrive?
Contact us for production and delivery estimates before ordering. Available delivery options appear at checkout.
What are my shipping options?
Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout for your delivery address.
What happens to my photos?
Photo uploads are not open yet. We will publish the photo-storage and deletion details before accepting uploads.
Can I change an order or report a problem?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes depend on whether production has started. If your booklet arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and photographs of the damage. Our published policies govern cancellations and returns.
